Description
PRD-300-00011 is a color-active matrix LCD module incorporating amorphous silicon TFT (Thin Film Transistor). It is composed of a color TFT LCD panel, driver IC GC9403 , FPC, and a backlight unit. The module display area contains 320*385 pixels and can display up to 262K colors. This product accords with RoHS environmental criteria. It is IPS and has 8 bits MCU interface with 24 pin board-to-board connector.
