Description
PRD-300-00017 is a color-active-matrix LCD module incorporating amorphous silicon TFT (Thin Film Transistor). It is composed of a color TFT LCD panel, driver IC ST7701S, FPC, capacitive touch panel and a backlight unit. The module display area contains 480*480 pixels and can display up to 262K colors. This product accords with RoHS environmental criteria. It is IPS and has SPI+RGB interface with 40 pin FPC connector.
