Alp Electronix reserves the rights for any incorrect prices stated on the web-page and web-shop. In the event of apparently incorrect price set for products, we reserve the right to cancel the order. Alp Electronix reserves the right to adjust prices according to cost changes in the market prices, without notice.

Products purchased from Alp Electronix are targeted for developer use, and only have one (1) month functional warranty. The warranty is void if the product is handled careless or not according to instructions in the user manual. Consumables, such as cables, solder accessories and batteries are not covered by the functional warranty.

According to the consumer purchase law (Konsumentköplagen), three (3) years reclamation right is applicable for defects e.g. from manufacturing. You as a customer, shall inspect the received product as soon as reasonably possible in order to discover any defect. To claim this right, you as a customer shall prove that the product defect was present at the time of purchase, and shall be notified to Alp Electronix within reasonable time discovered or should have discovered the defect.

When buying from Alp Electronix web-shop, the right to withdraw the purchase applies according to the distance and home sales law (Hemförsäljningslagen), with its time limit of 14 days. To make a return according to this right, contact Alp Electronix to receive instructions and return form.

Any dispute regarding products or services shall be resolved either by Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden (Sweden) or European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (EU ODR) Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden:

No delivery cost is added for orders or products exceeding $99, €99, £99, 990 SEK and ₺990 in value. The delivery cost for orders less than $99, €99, £99, 990 SEK and ₺990 is given in the web-shop.

Deliveries are normally sent within 2-5 business days. Ordered items not in stock will be notified from Alp Electronix, and will be shipped as soon as possible when available in stock. In case of delayed delivery, you have the right to cancel the order without additional cost.

In case of deliveries not claimed by customer from the carrier, a fee of 200 SEK will be invoiced.

The availability of products is normally given in the web-shop. If an ordered product is not available in stock, Alp Electronix will provide a notification, and reserves the right to cancel the product from the order if it can not be delivered within reasonable time. Back order/out of stock products will be delivered without shipping cost.

For products with large physical dimensions an additional cost may be added to the shipping cost. This is given in the web-shop for such products.

Alp Electronix deliver orders within Sweden and EU.

Deliveries from Alp Electronix are not insured. Reclamation of damaged shipments, obviously induced by transport handling, shall be done directly at the delivery pick-up agent. For damage discovered after opening the delivery package, contact Alp Electronix for instructions and return form.

According to consumer law, a user manual shall be available for the product. If Alp Electronix does not provide a user manual, it can be considered as a product defect and the purchase can be revoked within reasonable time. Exceptions apply for products intended for specific customers and applications, which then is stated in the web-shop. For products available at Alp Electronix, this user manual can be available in the form of a user guide or a data sheet.

Alp Electronix reservs the rights for:

• Any errors in text and images for products, in print or online.
• End sales of products to be excluded from the product range. We reserve the right to provide a replacement product of matching specification. If you are not satisfied with the replacing product, the right to withdraw a distance purchase applies.
